Security at SGNHQ
Transaction records deserve careful handling. SGNHQ uses layered controls across identity, workspace access, document delivery, and signing evidence.
Effective August 7, 2026Access controls
SGNHQ uses authenticated accounts, workspace membership, role-based permissions, and tenant-scoped data access. Secure recipient and signing links are tokenized and limited to the records prepared for that recipient.
Document and signing integrity
Signing workflows preserve recipient attribution, timestamps, field acknowledgments, document hashes, and completion evidence. Completed documents can be locked against ordinary editing and supported by audit records and evidence packages.
Operational safeguards
Production secrets are kept server-side. The application separates public credentials from privileged service credentials and uses managed providers for core infrastructure such as authentication, storage, email, and payments.
Shared responsibility
Brokerages should use unique accounts, promptly deactivate former users, review role assignments, protect exported files, verify recipients, and keep browsers and devices current. No security program eliminates every risk.
Report a concern
If you believe you found a vulnerability or received a suspicious SGNHQ message, do not access or alter other people’s data. Send the details to support@sgnhq.com. We will acknowledge and investigate good-faith reports.
